What are our terms and conditions?

OUR STANDARD DELIVERY TERMS ARE 48/72 BUSINESS HOURS.

At BLANDY SHOES we send you an e-mail confirming the shipment, so that you can follow-up it once the order is dispatched from your own account.

You will also receive a communication from the delivery company to inform you that your order is in the delivery process and with the issue number to track it online.

Please note that orders registered on the website before 3:00p.m. will be processed that same day. Therefore, the delivery time will depend on the moment in which you place your order. But remember, to calculate the delivery date only count the working days, since there are no shipments and no deliveries on weekends and national holidays.

It is likely that for exceptional reasons due to the current Covid-19 situation, the delivery period may be extended to 4/5 days due to saturation of the transport system.

Warranty conditions:

Blandy Shoes guarantees the guarantee of its products in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

Fair Use:

We want to warn you that, should we detect an incorrect or an abusive pattern of use to the detriment of this company, we will take action from our Exchange / Returns service.

If we have evidence or we suspect that you have placed an order buying several sizes of the same model with the intention of trying all of them to keep only the correct size and deliberately return the rest.

Or if you use the purchased items and return them, or buy a lot and always return everything, or request the exchange / return of a broken or damaged product intentionally;

We will directly deactivate your customer account and we will not accept your return / refund, or we will charge you the full amounts, at the price of our supplier, for all the steps taken for your order, exchange, and return.

We also reserve the right to assess and / or act on any other unspecified misuse.

I have not received my order, what should I do?

You must first check the status of your order in My Account / My Orders and selecting the order in question.

When the order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail where you will be informed of the shipping number of the order, as well as the telephone number of the courier agency responsible for the delivery so that you can track your order.

If your order is in delivery you should have already received the communication, if not or your order has not arrived, contact us through your customer account or by sending an e-mail to pedidos@blandy-shoes.com indicating the following data:

E-mail from which you made the purchase.

Order number.

Order date.

Products are missing from my order, what should I do?

You must check your order at the time of delivery and check that nothing is missing. In the event that an item is missing, you must notify us immediately by email orders@blandy-shoes.com

In the event that the product is not available once the order is placed due to a stock shortage, you will be informed by email communicating the partial cancellation of the purchase and the amount will be automatically reimbursed to your account of the product not sent, and in turn, you will also be reimbursed all the shipping costs, if any, as consideration for the possible inconvenience caused.
